CHAPTER 47

Claudyem

Hours later

As much as she insisted that she wanted another round of sex, Aeyser refused, arguing that he was injured and needed to rest. So Claudyem had no choice but to do just that.

And, although she didn't want to admit it, she fell asleep as soon as she curled up in bed, feeling him cover her with his tail and one of the furs she had prepared as a blanket.

When she woke up, she did not know how much time had passed; the cave was completely dark. She tried to move, but Aeyser wouldn't let go, so she had no choice but to wake him because she urgently needed to go to the bathroom.

“Aeyser, wake up.”

Fortunately, he was not a deep sleeper and opened his eyes immediately. They glowed in the dark, something she admired and envied in equal parts, since her prostheses did not allow her to see in those conditions as if they were night vision devices. She had not been implanted with the best bionic prostheses on the market, which was unfortunate.

“Ssshhh; what is it, Claudyem?”

“It's okay; I need to go to the bathroom.”

Despite being drowsy, he understood her words and agreed to move, carefully and slowly withdrawing his tail so as not to damage her with his weight.

When she was free, Claudyem pushed the blanket aside and got up. Despite the darkness, she knew the cave well and was able to reach the grotto she used as a bath.

Returning to bed a short time later, she admired the sleeping body of her companion. Aeyser was resting without needing to cover himself, and always wanted to cuddle her and hold her close to his body. That he was the "loving bear" type after sex pleased her very much. She took another step and walked on the sheets that made up the bed, which rustled, but did not wake the male.

He must be exhausted, she thought, remembering that he was badly injured and despite everything, they had a session of wild, addictive sex. She felt a little guilty, even though Aeyser had assured her that he was fine and was looking forward to claiming her.

And boy, did he! There were parts of his body that still stung a little and bothered her when she walked. A few hours of rest wouldn't hurt either of them; of course, when he woke up in the morning and, after eating something light, he would suggest that they take a bath together.
